Eyeliner Tips!

So gel eyeliner is a nightmare! It is difficult to apply and difficult the get rid of if you make a mistake but it does give you the best result.

So here are five eyeliner tips from me!

1. Neat eyeliner!
if you want to get perfect wings on both side but can't do it with gel try applying it with a felt tip liner and going over it with gel!

2. Masking Tape!
what you do is you get about 3cm of tape and place it at the outside of you eye at the angle you want your flicks to be. Then draw your Eyeliner where you want it. when you have finished take off the tape and done! Perfect winged eyeliner!

3. Practice!
I'm not joking when I first started wearing eyeliner I looked like Sweeney Todd now I look a little less creepy! Just try different things out as well!

4. Try starting with pencil!
Pencil eyeliner is much easier to correct or change than gel an much less messy!

5. Keeping it Clear!
Make sure the brush you are applying it with isn't frayed or split as this can make your eyeliner look messy. Try trimming it or even just buy a new one! Also look after your brushes they are your best friends!

Thanks for reading hope this helps!

Chester Zoo

So a couple of days ago I went on a school "biology" trip to Chester zoo and I thought I would share some pictures and memories.

Some of these are kind of fuzzy but I had a really good time and ate way too many sweets!

Make Up Favourites

So this post has been in the mix for a while and I've finally narrowed down my favourite makeup and makeup brushes.

Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation I really like the coverage it gives and it has a nice finish. Not expensive either!

Real Techniques Blush Brush
It's really soft and works well great for contouring and even application.

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder
It covers my face nicely and stays on for quite a while.

MUA Pro-Brow kit
It actually works really well and has a wax that keeps the colour on and comes with some mini tweezers. Well worth it would recommend it to everyone.

Natural Collection Green tinted cover stick
This works really well for "erasing" red marks especially when covered with a light concealer.

 Soap and Glory Bronzer
I really like the way this works it isn't too dark and looks soft on my skin.

Natural Collection Light Concealer
This is a really great concealer that lasts all day and covers my spots and marks really well!

L'Oreal Superliner
This is my favourite eyeliner I have ever used it is super easy to use and apply it also stays on all day/Night.

These are my Make-Up favourites I will probably redo this post in about two months with completely different make-up.

Blue Bath

I always love the way it looks when you put food colouring in water, so I thought I would experiment with my bath and blue colouring. It didn't work as well as I hoped but some of  the pictures still look pretty good. :)

So I basically filled up the bath and when it was almost at the top (I'm  impatient) I added the colouring.

I have no preference over colouring it's just the one in the cupboard!

I think it turned out OK maybe a different colour would work better? Leave a comment for suggestions :)

Make-Up post next time :)

Books!

I've been doing ALOT of reading lately and I just wanted to share my recent reading addiction.

First of all I started the mega marathon of  'A Song of Ice And Fire' and the rest of the Game Of Thrones Books. I am so happy I started reading these they are just amazing although they are quite bit of work and quite explicit they don't go too over the top with it and I found that I just could not put down the first book!

Second of all I'm re-reading the Percy Jackson Books as I really enjoyed reading them the first time round. If you haven't read the Percy Jackson books because you think you are too old or they aren't mature enough you are sadly misinformed! They are so much fun and if you really like them you cloud also read the sub series? (is that correct grammar? oh well)

Thirdly the beauty of "The Fault in our Stars" really shows with a re-read and after re-reading this book  I thought I would try some more John Green books and everyone was suggesting Looking For Alaska so I went for it. I'm so happy I did it is an amazing book! Though I found the ending rather obvious I still enjoyed reading it. After these two amazing books I felt a Waterstones was necessary where I bought ALL of John Green's books! I have Just finished Paper Towns and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Let It Snow is also a brilliant book and I would suggest it to everyone!

I hope you enjoyed reading about my reading habit?! I have just realised how eclectic my taste is! Oh well the more books the better I say.

Thank you

Photograghs

So I'm going to Writing a blog its probably going to terrible and FULL of spelling mistakes so sorry about those...

I thought my first blog post should be about something I really enjoy doing and have a real passion for Photography :).

I have a Nikon D3200

I love my camera to absolute pieces its almost part of me!

The pictures i take tend to be of my friends and things that interest me! I do especially love taking pictures of wildlife as I think that wildlife tends to be more interesting but sometimes just getting up close and having a completely out of focus background makes me happier than ducks!

One of my favourite pictures is of a squirrel I found in my back garden I know its not the best I just really like it.

my second favourite photo must be of my Halloween Pumpkin last year as I really like the lighting :)
But I took these kind of photos before my camera I just can't find them....

Thanks for reading
